Return Policy for D5N5 Desings

1. Exclusion of Returns for Personalized Products

  • Personalized or custom-made products according to the customer’s specifications are not eligible for return, in accordance with current regulations and industry best practices.

  • If the customer makes a mistake when providing personalization details (text, image, color, etc.), the store will not accept returns or issue refunds, as the responsibility lies with the customer to review and approve the information before purchase.

2. Return Request and Authorization

  • For any return, the customer must request prior authorization through the designated channel (email, web form, etc.), stating the reason and attaching evidence (photos, problem description, order number).

  • Returns will only be authorized in the following cases:

    • The product received does not match the order placed.

    • The product has manufacturing defects or obvious damage not attributable to the customer.

3. Inspection and Return Conditions

  • Once the authorized return is received, the product will be inspected to verify that it is in the same condition as it was sent, unused, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories.

  • If the product does not meet these conditions, the store reserves the right to reject the return and not issue a refund.

4. Refund

  • If the return is approved after inspection, the refund will be made to the original payment method used by the customer, within a maximum period of 14 business days from receipt of the returned product.

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the return is due to a store error or product defect.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Unless due to a store error or manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

  • If the return is due to a store error, a prepaid shipping label will be provided or the return shipping costs will be reimbursed to the customer.

6. Deadline to Request Returns

  • The maximum period to request a return is 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, except for personalized products, which are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

7. Fraud Prevention and Company Protection

  • The store reserves the right to request additional evidence (photos, videos, documentation) to verify the validity of the claim before authorizing the return.

  • In case of detecting abuse or fraud in the return process (e.g., repeated returns without justified cause), the store may limit or reject future return requests from the customer.

  • All processes and communications related to returns will be documented for the company’s legal protection.

8. Exceptions and Restrictions

  • Returns are not accepted for sale items, customized, used products, products damaged by misuse, or products without their original packaging.

  • Returns are not accepted for products that, for hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return once unsealed.

9. Communication and Policy Visibility

  • This policy must be clearly published and accessible on the website, during the purchase process, in order confirmations, and in the documentation accompanying the shipment, to avoid misunderstandings and protect the company against potential claims.
